One of the summer season’s seminal events, the Hot Summer Nights classic car show, rolls into town for a day of fun, but things turn really hot that night when there is an outbreak of bar fights. Officer Jonathan Rosenburg picks up a pair of underage shoplifters and gives them a valuable life lesson. Officer Phylicia Carson encounters a suspected drunk driver.
